These terms apply when you use a Qwok app published by AZM Tech Pty Ltd (ABN 50 660 702 858). By using an app, you agree to them. The app stores' own terms also apply.
Practice, not the official test
Qwok apps are independent study aids. They are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government, licensing authority or testing body. The questions are written by us, based on the official handbooks and public resources linked in each app, and are not the real test questions.
Rules and handbooks change. We work to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it is complete or current, or that using the app means you will pass. Always check the official handbook for your test.
Free use and "Remove ads"
- The apps are free to download and use, with ads.
- "Remove ads" is a one-off purchase made through Google Play or the App Store. It removes ads and unlocks unlimited mock tests in that app, on devices signed in to the same store account. You can restore it on a new device.
- Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its refund policy.
Using the apps fairly
You may use the apps for your own study. Don't copy, scrape or republish the questions, reverse engineer the apps, or use them in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
Accounts
If an app offers sign-in, keep your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app's Settings, or as described on Delete your data.
Our content
The apps, questions, explanations, design and the Qwok name and logo belong to AZM Tech Pty Ltd. Links to official websites are provided for convenience; those sites belong to their owners.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the apps, including failing a test.
Changes and ending use
We may update the apps and these terms. We will post changes here with a new date. You can stop using an app at any time by deleting it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
