These terms apply when you play Qwokle (formerly Eureka World), a physics puzzle game published by AZM Tech Pty Ltd (ABN 50 660 702 858) ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them. The app stores' own terms also apply. How the game handles information is in the Qwokle privacy policy.
Free play and purchases
- The game is free to download. The first levels of every world are free, with no ads.
- You can unlock a world, or the Full Lab (every world, now and in future updates), with a one-time purchase. These stay unlocked on devices signed in to the same store account, and you can get them back on a new device with Settings → Restore purchases.
- Hint packs are used up as you play. Hints you buy or earn are kept with your progress on your device, so they can't be restored on a new device and are lost if you delete the game. Resetting your progress in Settings keeps them.
- All purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and need the store's confirmation, so family purchase approval works as normal. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its refund policy. A refunded item is locked again.
Children
Qwokle is made for all ages. If a child plays, a parent or guardian is responsible for any purchases made on their device and for agreeing to these terms on the child's behalf.
Playing fairly
You may play for your own enjoyment, at home or in a classroom. Don't copy or republish the levels, art or music, reverse engineer the game, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
Our content
The game, its levels, art, music, sounds and design belong to AZM Tech Pty Ltd, apart from the open-licence fonts and other materials credited in the game's About screen, which belong to their owners.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from playing the game, including lost progress.
Changes and ending use
We may update the game and these terms. We will post changes here with a new date. You can stop playing at any time by deleting the game.
